Chances are, you are seeking a coach because you have identified the need to enhance your skills as the leader of a new team, you have recently been promoted, are leading a significant change program, or desire to lead at a higher level. This program is customized to support you on your journey.

Our sessions will be supportive and focused. I will hold space for you, not 'tell' you what to do but help you discover for yourself the best path forward. We will work during sessions and there may be work outside of sessions. We will achieve your goals for our work, together.  

We will leverage some of the following:

• Personalized goal-defining discussion, including a review of career objectives, goals, and development plans

• Frameworks, tools, and discussions to identify key strengths and areas for the greatest development to help you move towards your desired goals

• 360-degree conversation with 3-4 selected individuals

• Personalize strategic roadmap

• Six (6) confidential coaching 1:1 sessions where we put the roadmap to work

• Ongoing ad hoc support for seamless goal achievement.

Coaching is best undertaken when a person is ready to make a change. It is not essential to know what the goal or outcome could be - we will cover that in our initial conversations. What is essential is to want to do this work and be prepared to invest in self. 

Taking a holistic approach, we will start with understanding where you are, clarifying where you want to go, and leveraging evidence-based exercises and approaches to map out how to get there. We will review any recent 360 feedback, development goals, and any other relevant materials to inform a robust roadmap and plan. We meet regularly to support forward momentum.
