Beginning my career in management, I climbed the ranks through performance and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Leading my first team at 19, I relied on instinct, intuition, and trial and error, sparking a commitment to continuous learning and advanced leadership skills that serve me to this day.
Experiencing burnout taught me the vital lesson of finding a balanced approach to bringing my "A" game to both work and life. This taught me the power of holistic self-leadership, an approach that is especially helpful for professional women.
